Membership Application

If you're not a member and you'd like to join, please do one of the following:

1. Print a copy of the Application Form, fill it out and send it to the address in the lower left corner, or bring it with you when you join us at our next meeting;
2. Be our guest and look us over. Just walk in and say that you visited this site, that you liked what you saw, and that you would like to be our guest. Our Greeters will greet you, they'll get you a Nametag and an Application, and they'll even find you a seat.
3. In the event that you do not have printing capabilities, please call the number in the lower left corner of the Application and a form will be sent to you. Then merely follow the instructions in step number one above.
